About Us
Baum Construction Management Ltd in Wetherby is a family owned construction company operating throughout the whole of Yorkshire. The company was established in 2003 but we have over 40 years of experience in the construction industry working over a broad range of disciplines. Our services are tailored to suit the individual needs of our clients and as such we are experienced in many modes of building procurement, both in the residential and commercial sectors. Our existing customer base is diverse, ranging from private clients and developers to charitable bodies and religious organisations. We undertake new builds, refurbishments, alterations, listed building works and planned maintenance works.

The key factor in the success of our projects lies in our commitment to pre-construction dialogue with our clients to ascertain their requirements and the scheme build-ability. We believe that this gives reassurance to all parties regarding the common critical elements of all construction projects; cost, quality and programme.
